Diesel Vehicle Selective Catalytic Reduction SCR
Functions:
1. Remove NOx and Soluble Organic Fraction (SOF) in the exhaust fume to meet emission requirement;
2. Non-gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles without air source.
3. Gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles with air source.
Features:
1. Above 95% of flow field uniformity of catalytic purifier and overall NOx conversion efficiency is very high and with low crystallization risk.
2. Pressure loss is below 25kpa which meets requirements of low engine power loss and low fuel consumption.
3. Meet the requirement of exhaust noise.
4. Precise urea injection control within ±3% tolerance which decrease urea consumption and saves cost.
5. The catalyst employs box structure with module design to match all kind of vehicles.
6. In DCU a port is reserved which can be upgraded to more critical emission standards.
