Diesel Vehicle Selective Catalytic Reduction Cu-SCR
Fe-SCR can remove NOx in diesel engine exhaust. Series of reactions will take place in the system and the reactions are sensitive to conditions like temperature, airspeed and air compositions. Also there is a temperature window. Main reactions are as followings:
4NH3+4NO+O2→4N2+6H2O | Standard SCR reaction. |
2NH3+NO+NO2→2N2+3H2O | Rapid SCR reaction. |
8NH3+6NO2→7N2+12H2O | With excessive NO2. |
1. Remove NOx and Soluble Organic Fraction (SOF) in the exhaust fume to meet emission requirement;
2. Non-gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles without air source.
3. Gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles with air source.
Features:
1. Fe-SCR has a wide temperature window.
2. With high conversion efficiency at mid or high temperature (>300℃).
3. Good sulphur resistence performance.
4. Long service life.
5. No biotoxicity.
6. Materials are environmentally friendly.
When Fe-SCR work with DOC, it will greatly improve low temperature activity because DOC can produce some NO2.
This design is widely used in the United States and Japan.
Performance (Conversion Efficiency):
Meet on-road diesel engine National VI, Euro VI, and non-road T4 etc.
