Diesel Vehicle Selective Catalytic Reduction CuFe-SCR

 

CuFe-SCR can remove NOx in diesel engine exhaust. Series of reactions will take place in the system and the reactions are sensitive to conditions like temperature, airspeed and air compositions. Also there is a temperature window. Main reactions are as followings:

 

4NH3+4NO+O2→4N2+6H2O    Standard SCR reaction.
2NH3+NO+NO2→2N2+3H2O    Rapid SCR reaction.
8NH3+6NO2→7N2+12H2O     With excessive NO2.

 

1. Remove NOx and Soluble Organic Fraction (SOF) in the exhaust fume to meet emission requirement;

2. Non-gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles without air source.

3. Gas-assisted urea injection system is suitable for vehicles with air source.
