2. The use of non-gas-assisted urea injection system, suitable for vehicles with or without air source;

Catalytic Converter DOC cDPF SCR ASC Features 

1. Catalytic converter DOC cDPF SCR ASC adopts high efficiency mixer structure, and through strict CFD simulation calculation, the flow field uniformity reaches more than 98%, the NOx comprehensive conversion efficiency is high, and the crystallization risk is low;

 

2. The use of high efficiency molecular sieve SCR catalyst, in low temperature region and high temperature region comprehensive conversion efficiency of more than 90%, at the same time, the use of anti-aging materials, to ensure that the durability meets the requirements of laws and regulations;

 

3. Catalytic converter DOC cDPF SCR ASC pressure loss is less than 25kpa, to ensure that the engine power loss and fuel consumption meet customer requirements;

 

4. Based on ammonia storage model, urea injection accuracy is controlled within ±3% to ensure low temperature conversion efficiency, while reducing urea consumption and making use more economical;

 

5. Catalytic converter DOC cDPF SCR ASC adopts straight cylinder, S, U, box structure, the whole system modular design, to meet the matching needs of different types of vehicles;

 

6. Urea injection system adopts closed-loop control and strict OBD strategy to meet the requirements of national vi emission regulations;

FEA simulation analysis to ensure vibration and impact (road load acquisition and import), noise, fatigue life to meet the requirements of use and durability.
