Functions Of SCR Catalyst Converter

3. The use of gas-assisted urea injection system, suitable for vehicles with air source.
SCR Catalyst Converter Performance Characteristics
1. The flow field uniformity of catalytic purifier is more than 95%, the comprehensive conversion efficiency of NOx is high, and the crystallization risk is low;
2, The pressure loss is less than 25kpa, to ensure that the engine power loss and fuel consumption meet customer requirements;
3, Insertion loss is greater than 22dB, to meet the requirements of exhaust noise;
4, Urea injection precision control within ±3%, reduce urea consumption, use more economic;
5, Catalytic converter adopts box structure, the whole system modular design, to meet the matching needs of different types of vehicles;
6, DCU reserved interface, can be upgraded on the original system, applied to the sixth country post-processing system.

The catalyst conforms to heavy duty diesel national five GB17691-2005, Euro V.
