DOC cDPF SCR ASC Catalytic Converter Functions:
1. DOC cDPF SCR ASC catalytic converter is used to remove HC, CO, NOx, PM and NH3 in engine exhaust, so that emissions meet regulatory requirements, and NH3 leakage meets regulatory requirements;

2. The use of high efficiency molecular sieve SCR catalyst, in low temperature region and high temperature region comprehensive conversion efficiency of more than 90%, at the same time, the use of anti-aging materials, to ensure that the durability meets the requirements of laws and regulations;
3. DOC cDPF SCR ASC catalytic converter pressure loss is less than 25kpa, to ensure that the engine power loss and fuel consumption meet customer requirements;
4. Based on ammonia storage model, urea injection accuracy is controlled within ±3% to ensure low temperature conversion efficiency, while reducing urea consumption and making use more economical;
5. DOC cDPF SCR ASC catalytic converter adopts straight cylinder, S, U, box structure, the whole system modular design, to meet the matching needs of different types of vehicles;
6. Urea injection system adopts closed-loop control and strict OBD strategy to meet the requirements of national vi emission regulations;
