Features of Selective Catalyst Reduction SCR for Ships:
1. MOC can reduce HC and CO emission.
2. It can oxidate NO to NO2 which can improve SCR conversion rate at low temperature.
3. High urea injection precision.
4. Good performance in urea atomization and hydrolysis.
5. Air mixing uniformity reaches 90% and above.
6. Good resistence to sulphur.
7. Long service life.
8. At engine stable operation, conversion rate is above 60% when exhaust inlet temperature at 250 ℃; above 80% when temperature is 450 ℃.
9. SCR can work at temperature range from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃.
Meet IMO III emission standard and above.
