Auto Three Way Catalyst With Pt Pd Rh
Sinocat auto three way catalyst with Pt, Pd, Rh use ceramic or metal honeycomb substrates as carriers, and uses unique coating materials and precious metal Pt Pd Rh as active components.
Our three way catalyst has high catalytic activity, good thermal stability and longservice life.

- 1. Our auto three way catalyst with Pt, Pd, Rh converson rate is very high (CO,THC,SOF ≥ 97%);
- 2. Low tempreture light off performance is good (T50 ≤ 180 ℃ ).

- 4. Precise control of precious metals and other materials during catalyst manufacturing process.

To meet China National VI and Euro VI emission standards for gasoline cars, Sinocat developed heat-resistant and highly active TWC to convert the CO, THC and NOx in the exhaust gas. By controlling the micro physical structure of alumina and oxygen-storage materials, we use less precious metal to meet the durability requirements. Our TWCs can be installed to manifold, close to coupling or chassis.
