Catalytic Diesel Engine Particulate Filter cDPF

Catalytic Diesel Engine Particulate Filter cDPFs are devices that physically capture diesel particulate matter/particulate number (PM/PN) to prevent their expansion into the atmosphere. Diesel particulate filter materials have been developed that show impressive filtration efficiency as well as good mechanical and thermal durability. Diesel particulate filters have become the most effective technology for the control of diesel particulate emissions - including particle mass and numbers - with high efficiencies.

The catalytic coating in the filter oxidize NO to NO₂ and  assist passive regeneration of the cDPF. By controlling fuel injection combustion/bruner, the filter can be actively regenerated.

Catalytic Diesel Engine Particulate Filter cDPF Features:

1. High filtration efficiency for PM (>90%);

2. High filtration efficiency for PN (>95%);

3. Low passive regeneration temperature and balance termperature below 320℃.

4. High active regeneration efficiency. When temperature is above 550℃, active regeneration efficiency is above 90% and regeneration time        within 10 minutes.

5. Coatings are highly stable.

6. Low back pressure.

7. Emission standards meet Euro V, Euro VI, BS V, BS VI.

8. We can develope different catalytic diesel engine particulate filter according to clients' requirement.
